PEREZ SANZ offers a repair service for Perez Sanz products purchased from a Perez Sanz Authorized point of distribution. Products may be brought to any authorized point of distribution in the U.S. or mailed to the address below:

Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip*. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail. Please allow 2-6 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.
Returns and Exchanges
Returning your purchase PEREZ SANZ has a “NO RETURN” policy. We are NOT obligated to offer refunds or accept returns of merchandise unless the items are clearly defective due to manufacturing issues or in violation of product safety regulations. Refunds will be granted to customers who report defects within 7 days of purchase and after the store evaluates the condition of item after return. After making a purchase you are in full agreement with the PEREZ SANZ policy guideline. This policy is in place to guarantee our customers a more valuable shopping experience.
Items can be exchanged for store credit before the following business day from the time of purchase. Multiple exchanges will not be accepted under the PEREZ SANZ policy.
If granted, a refund will either be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card within 7 days from the time of return or as store credit.
If items are needed to be shipped, we prefer that you make returns of items by any secure transport. Please send the package to:

To ensure an efficient return, place the item(s) in their original packaging and in the manner they were wrapped in the store, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. If you do not have the return form, contact us.
Please include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise.
In accordance with applicable laws in the United States governing the purchase and sale of special goods made to order, withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products such as, for example, those with the client’s initials engraved on the product. The client is advised that images, photographs and samples of the engraving may differ from the appearance of the actual product.
Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, Perez Sanz online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or to any address outside of the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. In addition, Perez Sanz cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Perez Sanz’s control.
Next Day, Two Day and Ground Delivery
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days from your order date to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Next day and two day deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Ground deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday excluding Sunday and holidays.
Orders placed with Saturday deliveries are expected to be delivered on Saturday if placed by 1PM (Est) on Friday, subject to the following conditions: If an order is placed after 1PM (Est) on Friday, it is expected to be delivered on the Saturday of the following week, as indicated during the checkout process. The delivery time on Saturday may vary depending on the destination zip code and location. Saturday deliveries cannot be made on holidays. Saturday delivery service is only available for item(s) in your order that are immediately available. Item(s) that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list and will be shipped with free ground service once they become available for shipment. If you wish to select an alternative shipping method for such priority waiting list items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. (The fee applicable to such alternative shipping methods will apply). We recommend reviewing your order details on the order review page before submitting your order, or in the order confirmation email that is sent to you shortly after your order is placed. Some business addresses may not accept shipments on Saturdays. To ensure Saturday delivery, please confirm that your shipping address can accommodate Saturday deliveries. Saturday delivery is not available for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time.
Same Day Delivery – Manhattan, New York Only

Same day deliveries cannot be made on holidays. Same day delivery service is available on item(s) in your order that are immediately available for shipment within Manhattan, New York only. Item(s) that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list and will be shipped with free ground service once they become available for shipment. Next day, two day, ground delivery and Saturday delivery
All next day, two day, ground and Saturday purchases are shipped via FedEx. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from FedEx that your purchase has been delivered.
Same day delivery - Manhattan, New York only
A confirmation containing the delivery details is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been sent out for delivery.

Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through PerezSanz.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers. Online purchases from this section of the website may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to clients in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time, but invite our clients to visit a Perez Sanz store.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. Perez Sanz products available for purchase online include handbags, wallets, jewelry, timepieces, decorative objects and gifts and ready to wear. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each client may make online purchases of up to four items per style.
Prices displayed on the Perez Sanz website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
Perez Sanz online offers price adjustments for online purchases on first markdown only. Specifically, if an item has been reduced from its full price, we will credit you the difference. We will refund the adjusted amount in the original form of payment. Please note that a different price adjustment policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.

Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order. The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details and received credit authorization. in the case if and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
Perez Sanz charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.
Priority Waiting List
We offer our clients the opportunity to pre-order items that are currently in production or that have sold out and will be replenished. When you order these items, you will be placed on a priority waiting list so that you can be among the first to receive your selection once it becomes available. Expected ship dates will be listed on the product page and also during checkout once the item(s) is added to your shopping bag. We do our best to provide the most accurate dates, but please be aware that your items can arrive sooner or later than anticipated. Also, your credit card will only be charged for waiting list items at the time of shipment and will not be charged at the time you submit your online order.

All PerezSanz.com orders can come with gift wrap. Products are tissue wrapped and enclosed in a signature Perez Sanz gift box that is tied with a Perez Sanz ribbon. Perez Sanz gift boxes are only available for products 18" x 18" x 8" and smaller. For larger items, we will include a signature Perez Sanz gift bag with your shipment. A personalized gift message can be added to gift orders and prices can be on checkout at Perez Sanz.

Corporate Gift Service
Perez Sanz's corporate gift service is designed exclusively for eligible organizations to purchase selected Perez Sanz merchandise from PerezSanz.com to be used for corporate gifts, awards and recognition programs. In order to be deemed eligible for the corporate gift service, an organization must be registered and in good standing with its applicable state of organization, and must demonstrate that the Perez Sanz corporate gifts will be used solely for the purposes described above. Perez Sanz reserves the right to request or review any such information and/or documentation as may be necessary, in Perez Sanz's sole discretion, to verify an organization's eligibility.
All corporate gifts are subject to availability and Perez Sanz reserves the right to limit the quantity of merchandise sold to any organization. The minimum corporate gift order is five (5) items. The corporate gift service may not be used for personal purchases and Perez Sanz merchandise may not be purchased for resale. Eligible organizations shall not appoint, and shall have no authority to appoint, any distributors or third parties to sell or otherwise distribute any Perez Sanz merchandise. The Perez Sanz name and trademarks may not be used by eligible organizations for any promotional or commercial purposes.
The corporate gift service discount will not be applied retroactively. Perez Sanz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, limit or eliminate any offered discount from time to time.
Any organization’s failure to observe these terms and conditions or maintain its eligibility may result in termination of the organization’s corporate gift service privileges, at Perez Sanz’s sole discretion.
Perez Sanz's return conditions apply to all corporate gifts. Please also refer to our personalization terms for details regarding personalized corporate gifts. Perez Sanz will only accept returns from the eligible organization purchasing the corporate gifts and cannot accept returns or exchanges from any other recipient of any corporate gift.
